Tuna And Oat Cake

Ingredients for 6-8 servings

3 cans of tuna
9 eggs
4 ½ cups of oatmeal
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:

1 tablespoon oil
1 chopped green pepper 

2 chopped onions
3 chopped tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
chopped parsley

Directions

In a pan with a lid, prepare the sauce with all the chopped ingredients.

Add the tuna with the oil and cook until there are no juices.

Beat the eggs with the oats.

Add in the tuna pan. Mix and cook with very low flame until the mixture is solid.

Variation: Bake the cake in a pre-heated oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes.
