6 tablespoons butter

Directions
Blend the strawberries with the sugar in an electric mixer. Add the butter, baking powder and egg.
In a bowl, combine the P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Cornmeal, baking powder, butter and egg. Add the strawberry blend and mix until a thick dough has formed.
Shape into small balls, flatten them with your hands and place them on a prepared tray.
Bake for 10 minutes at 355°F or until the edges are slightly golden. Let sit for a few minutes and then remove from the tray so they cool completely.
