½ cup corn syrup or bee honey

½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
¾ cup blond raisins and split almonds (optional)

1 teaspoon salt

Directions
Grease a rectangular baking mold, cover in parchment paper and grease again. Set aside.
Pour the corn syrup or bee honey with the butter in a pot. Stir until everything has incorporated.
Blend P.A.N. Sweet Maize Mix with milk in a bowl. Add the syrup and butter mix. Incorporate the prepared oats and salt. Stir until everything has incorporated.
Remove from the heat and add the raisins and almonds if desired.
Uniformly pour the batter in the mold. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F. Once it comes out of the oven the batter will be soft and it will harden while it cools down. Cut and serve.
