Latin American BBQ Pork Chops

Ingredients for 4 servings

½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. ground cumin 
2 Tbsp. honey 
3 Knorr® Garlic MiniCube(s), crumbled
4 (1-inch thick) bone-in pork chops

Directions

Combine all ingredients except chops in a small bowl. Place chops and ½ of the mayonnaise mixture in a large, resealable plastic bag; toss to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 3 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Refrigerate remaining mayonnaise mixture.

Remove chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chops until done, about 10 minutes, brushing frequently with remaining mayonnaise mixture and turning once.
