Kosher salt and pepper
Let steak sit at room temperature 1 hour. Sprinkle both sides with 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
Directions
Heat grill to medium. Grill steak until instant-read thermometer registers 125°F, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer to cutting board and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
