Fruity Eyeballs

Ingredients for 8 servings

1 handfull of blueberries
4 black seedless grapes
4 green grapes
4 plums, halved and stoned
135g of raspberry jelly
cold cranberry and raspberry juice
handful pumpkin seeds

Directions

Make up the jelly as per packet instructions, but replace the final addition of cold water with juice. Pour into a large jug and leave to cool.

Take each plum, cut in half and twist to separate the halves. Twist again to remove the stone. Place plums in a shallow dish.

Take the grapes and cut a little off the stalk end. Spoon a little of the setting jelly into the plum hole and place the grape in the hole. Top with a blueberry.

Carefully spoon some of the jelly over the fruit as this will set the parts of the eye in place.

Push 5 pumpkin seeds into the top rim of the plum for eye lashes. Pour the jelly into the bottom of the dish, just up to plum level. Any remaining jelly can set in the jug and be served separately.

Just wait for them to set and serve.
