Tomato-Feta Open-Face Sandwich

Ingredients for 1 servings

1 beefsteak and/or yellow tomato, thinly sliced
1 thick slice white bread (Pullman is ideal), lightly toasted
2–3 thick slices feta
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil (for drizzling)
Oregano leaves (for serving)


Place bread on a plate; drizzle with oil. Add tomatoes, feta, and oregano; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with more oil.
