Green On Green On Green Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings

½ cup pineapple juice
1 medium sized cucumber, about 6 ounces, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 pear, cored and cut into large chunks
2 large leaves of curly kale or lacianto kale, stems removed
3-4 celery ribs, about 2 ounces, cut into large chunks
3-4 ice cubes
Juice of 1 lime


Place all ingredients in a blender and liquify. If mixture is too thick, add a little bit of water or more pineapple juice.
