Aioli Recipe

Ingredients for ½ cup

1 ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoon olive oil
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 cloves garlic, crushed
pinch salt


Combine garlic with lemon juice in small bowl; let stand 10 minutes.

Process garlic and lemon juice with remaining ingredients in blender until smooth.

Sprinkle, if desired, with ground black pepper.

Serve with hot cooked chicken, fish, French fries, roasted potatoes or spread on sandwiches.
