Healthy Chef Salad Recipe

Ingredients for 8 servings

¼ cup any low fat cheese, shredded
½ English cucumber, halved & sliced
½ head iceberg lettuce, roughly chopped
1 cup Skinny Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
2 eggs, boiled & sliced
2 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
8 oz cooked chicken breast, roughly chopped


Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and top with the dressing.

You can also make individual salads or layer ingredients on a large platter.
