Easy Split Pea Soup

Ingredients for 10 cups

1 bag (16 oz.) split peas, rinsed and drained
1 bay leaf
2 Chicken flavored Bouillon Cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, sliced
3 medium carrots, sliced
6 cups water
12 ounces cut-up ham


Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook covered on Low 8 to 10 hours or on High 5 to 6 hours. Remove bay leaf.
