Avocado Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients for 4 servings

¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lime juice
4 large eggs, cooked as desired
4 slices whole grain bread, toasted


Heat all the ingredients, except eggs and avocado, in a small saucepan on low heat; set aside.

Layer eggs and avocado on toast, then drizzle with sauce.
