Tomato Pie


¼ cup chopped basil
¼ cup sliced green onion
¾ cup mayonnaise (or substitute half of this with Greek yogurt if you like)
1 baked pie shell
2 cups shredded cheese
8-10 small tomatoes
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
salt and pepper


Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.  Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing.  This pie is great hot or cold.
