Easy Peruvian Ceviche

Ingredients for 4 servings

½ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup lime juice, (about 4 to 5 limes)
1 habanero pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 lb. scallops or whitefish (sea bass or flounder), chopped
1 Tbsp. Chicken flavor Bouillon
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
