Mexican Salsa

Ingredients for 1 cup

½ white onion
1 Tbsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon or 1 Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube
2 cloves garlic, unpeeled
2 plum tomatoes
2 serrano chiles 
Directions

Broil chilies, garlic, tomatoes and onion on aluminum foil-lined broiler pan and broil, turning often, until lightly charred. Let cool, then peel garlic cloves and remove chili stems.

Pulse all ingredients in blender until finely chopped.
