Ingredients for 4 servings

1 can NESTLÉ Reduced Fat Cream
1 packet MAGGI Onion Soup Mix
1 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
1 large avocado
1 tomato, skinned and seeded
freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine the reduced cream, soup mix, wine vinegar and chilli sauce. Mix well.
Cut the avocado in half. Remove the flesh and mash until smooth.
Stir into the cream mixture with the tomato. Season with black pepper.
Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.
